Quick answers
Things we are asked most
Where is my order?
Use the order number from your confirmation email on the track order page, or log into your account. If it has been more than 7 working days since dispatch, email us and we will chase the courier.
Do you supply wholesale or stock in shops?
In a limited way. Yield is capped by the herd, so we take on very few stockists. Write to us with your location and monthly volume and we will tell you honestly whether we can supply you.
Can I visit the farms?
The herds belong to families, not to us, so visits depend on them and on the season. Write to us in advance and we will ask.
