Where we ship
Anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at the moment — ghee and shilajit both attract food-import rules that vary by country, and we would rather not sell you something that gets held at a border.
What it costs
Delivery is free on prepaid orders over ₹700. Below that, a flat ₹80 applies. Cash on delivery, where available, carries an ₹80 handling fee on orders below ₹700.
All prices on the site include 5% GST. There is nothing added at checkout beyond the delivery charge shown above.
When it leaves us
Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, goes out the next working day.
Batches are made in small runs. If something you have ordered is between batches we will write to you the same day with a date, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund — nothing has shipped at that point.
How long it takes
- Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days
- Other cities and towns — 4 to 7 working days
- Remote pin codes, the North East, and the hills — 7 to 10 working days
Weather in the hills delays collection more often than it delays delivery. Between July and September, add a couple of days to any of the above.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email and SMS when the parcel is handed to the courier. It usually takes a few hours to start showing movement.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us within 48 hours and we will open a trace with the courier.
Film every parcel before you open it. If it arrives broken, leaking or wrong, we replace it — we do not refund — and we can only process the replacement against a single, unedited unboxing video that starts on the sealed parcel and ends on the product. Keep the packaging, and see our refund policy.
