Questions about gift cards
When does the recipient get it?
By email, usually within a minute of the order being placed. It is not posted, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.
Does it expire?
No. It keeps its full value indefinitely, and any unspent balance stays on the card after a partial order.
Can it be used on a subscription?
Yes, against the first charge. Later deliveries are charged to the payment method on the subscription, so it is worth telling the recipient what the balance covers.
I sent it to the wrong address. Can it be resent?
Yes. Write to us with the order number and the address it should have gone to, and we will reissue it to the right person and void the first one.
Is it refundable?
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. If one has been bought by mistake and never used, write to us and we will sort it out.
