How Journal articles are written and checked

  • Sources first. Every article ends with its sources — regulators such as FSSAI, peer-reviewed research and government nutrition data — so you can check any figure yourself.
  • AI-assisted drafting. Some articles are drafted with the help of AI tools, working only from sources gathered for that article. Every draft must pass an automated quality check before it can be published, and a link that did not come from that research is rejected.
  • People review health topics. Articles touching on children, pregnancy, medical conditions or daily intake are read by a member of the team before they go live.
  • No medical claims. The Journal describes composition, method, tradition and published evidence. For anything about your own health, ask your doctor.
  • Our own numbers are published. Figures about Himdhara's ghee come from production records and the batch reports on the lab reports page.
